Kindly take note of these terms and conditions when doing business with us.
Air Cargo Freight
Air shipping is for small packages. Delivery takes 3 to 17 days. It is generally more expensive than sea freight.
Ocean Freight
Sea shipping takes about 40-45 days. This does not include production time. It is ideal for bulk quantities and heavy goods.
Payment Plan
You may pay 60 to 80 percent of the total invoice before your order is processed. The remaining balance is paid when the goods arrive.
What Our Charges Cover
Our prices cover manufacturing, branding, transportation to shipping house, and shipping to Ghana but not transportation after arrival in Ghana.
Duties and Clearance
Duties and clearance fees are included in the quoted shipping fee. You do not pay any extra fee for these services.
Final Payment
After your initial deposit, the final payment must be made no later than 3 days after we notify you that your goods have arrived.
